Scandinavian Christmas tree + decor - stockings, banner | Happy Grey Lucky

One more week to go until Christmas! I am so beyond excited. I’ve been crafting up a storm this past week to add some more homemade touches to our holiday setup and I’m finally done! I love how everything turned out. I stuck with my neutral colour palette of black, white, brown + metallics to keep everything in sync. Check out all of the little details around our house below.

I made those giant stars out of black poster board attached to some twine. So easy!

I made these tree garlands out of black poster board as well (my material du jour :P) and thick string and hung them with white washi tape above my TV. Love how they turned out!

Scandinavian Christmas evergreen wall hanging | Happy Grey Lucky

I had some leftover greenery and threw together this quick and easy wall hanging. Just use washi tape to tape several evergreen pieces and berries to a branch, tie on a long piece of ribbon to both ends of the stick, and tape it to your wall with some more washi tape. Easy peasy!

Seriously?! Is there anything you can’t do? Save me a seat at that dinner table. Celebrating the holidays at your house this year. It’s settled.

Wow, loved the space and pics. Thank you for the inspiration and especially love your decor that’s affordable and DIY. Could you consider maybe one day doing a post on tips or how to transition your decor into Scandinavian style. I lovvve Scandinavian decor but with carpet , a brown sofa etc…. not sure where to begin and can’t exactly replace everything at once. Thanks so much!
