Can you believe that we’re already more than 1/3 of the way through 2017 and that we’re coming up to Easter in less than a week!? I honestly can’t. Time has flown by this year at lightning speed and, as per usual, I’m a little behind when it comes to holiday decorating. I was reminded as I walked past our local produce shop last week and saw the buckets full of pussy willow branches sitting outside. I have a weak spot for pussy willow branches and I’d probably never do any Easter decorations whatsoever if it wasn’t for these pretty branches and the fact that eggs hanging from them reminds me of my childhood. So this weekend I picked up a dozen white eggs, grabbed some sharpies, and made these quick and easy Scandinavian-inspired Easter eggs.
